Tandoori spices, then layered between Papadams
with Cucumber Raita and Mango Chutney.

Tempura Calamari - Freshly spliced Calamari
with a crisp golden tempura coating,
served with Harpy's sweet chilli sauce and wasabi mayonnaise.

Chinese Salt and Pepper Quail - Tasmanian Ranoch
quail marinated and fried to a crisp
served with a chilli plum sauce on the side


Scotch Fillet - Yearling grain fed Scotch fillet
with country sauce

filled with King Island double camembert with sweet plum sauce.
